Transfer Mozilla Thunderbird from Windows 7 to Windows 11.

I have a 91.6.0 932-bit version of Mozilla Thunderbird on my Windows 7 laptop, I want to transfer that in keeping, with all the present folders in it, to a Windows 11 64 bit PC.

I would be most grateful, if someone could let me know the various stages I have to go through please.
